entry description
The photo was taken at Half Moon Bay, at Moss Beach, where there are a series of Cypress trees. This was the last photo taken from the park as I was headed to my car, it was an accidental find, which turned out to be my favorite. The park was very quiet. I was essentially alone there with my wife and daughter. It was cloudy which was perfect. The main object is the fallen tree with is a lighter color than the rest. It shows trees going through different phases, and eventually falling. My intention of this photo is to portray the different stages of life, and the unique beauty each stage possesses. The photo shows the young and the old, and without one, the photo isn't whole. As a physician, my outlook in life has differed, as I see the strengths and weaknesses of people as we age.about the photographer
I am a Primary Care physician based in San Diego, California. I am also a Landscape Photographer. Landscape Photography has always been a passion of mine. Having a passion for the outdoors, I have a special appreciation for the nature surrounding us. My goal is to bring this awareness to the rest of us with my photography. As the world becomes more chaotic, cities become more congested and grow larger, the natural world around us is shrinking. I am hoping that through my eyes, you also would have the same appreciation and passion for our beautiful planet. I am hoping to continue to evolve as a photographer, and as a conscious human and make an impact, no matter how small. So please, follow me in my journeys as I document the beautiful world around us through my photos.back to gallery
