entry description
Graffiti art, as a call for change illustrating the fear, the hope and the wishes of young Cubans. In a system full of suppression, stetting those visual statements needs a lot of courage and conviction. This series should carry their idea out of that isolated system and pay respect to those brave artists.about the photographer
I stepped into the world of photography in the year 2000, which initiated a change of my perception about how I experience my environment. During that time, a strong feeling inflamed in me to capture all kind of moments and situations around me. Chased by emotions and haste, like a little child exploring a new world, there wasn't any plan or vision where this journey would go.For almost ten years the chase led me to various styles and influences augmenting my skill set as photographer. In the year 2012 came to time to bundle those influences and impressions into a single vision. This was the moment I decided to devote my passion to black and white fine art photography.
