Lost
I found this location on Google Earth a few weeks after we moved to Colorado. I saw some photos and was pretty amazed. I immediately knew how i wanted to portrait the Sand Dunes: A simple and clean photo, almost sterile. No harsh shadows, no clouds, no people. Just form and color.
Ever since I was a boy I have a passion for nature and the great outdoors. I try to show people around the world how beautiful mother nature is and that it is worth to protect it.
Since 2016 I dedicate my life to this purpose, supported by my beautiful wife.
Whenever time permits you can find us, together with our dog, exploring new locations. We try to find the hidden scenes that not many had the chance to photograph.
I am a traditional photographer. Modern technology is only a tool to enhance what I envision, but a good photo is made through the camera. My favorite saying is straight to the point:
"You don't take a photo. You make it." --Ansel Adams
