photography since 18 years for my pleasure and I have visited almost
all national parks in India. The variety, beauty, grandeur and of
course the 'action' in national parks and forests have given me some
of the most beautiful and cherishing moments of my life. It gives me
immense pleasure to be in a jungle. I always try my level best to
improve upon myself. My aim is to click at the 'best, creative and
unique' though I never did it for any kind of competition. Being an
artist, it helps me a lot when it comes to the selection of color
combination, background and light effects. Wildlife Photography is a
very tough and sometimes even risky job and for some people it may be
as going for a war. I become a part of the jungle whenever I am there.
I enjoy wildlife photography so much that, it does not matter even if
I have to climb a tree, walk in muddy waters and bushes or wait for
hours together in adverse situations of cold or rain for a good
shot.My book named WILDSCAPE has been launched recently at Raj Bhavan
in Mumbai by the hands of Honorable Governor of Maharashtra Dr. K.
Shankarnarayan and Business Tycoon Mukesh Ambani, published by M.D. of
prestigious printing media house Lokmat Mr. Vijay Darda. I have been
awarded from Environmental Forum of India,

entry description
This photo is captured in at Mahaveer Sanctuary Goa,India. The species name is Malabar gliding frog This species are found only at goa and konkan in India and only leaves on trees,he rests on tree leaves only.He gets camouflaged on the leaves in such a way that he could not be identified along with the leave. He is very active in heavy rainfalls and is mostly found in mid nights and can be found by his sound he makes.this frogs can be seen only and only in the rainy season The most difficult part is that this image can be taken in heavy rainfall only. You need to cover all your equipment properly from the rain and most of the times the trees are found in the middle of the water. Many a times you need to go into the water to capture the image.Instead of putting flash light from front it looks great from the back. While taking this short i fall down along with my cameras and equipment due to algae and i was having stand-by camera so i could take the short and in last 20 years this incident took place for the first time with me.about the photographer
