In the Fog
Ever since I was a boy I have a passion for nature and the great outdoors. I try to show people around the world how beautiful mother nature is and that it is worth to protect it.
Since 2016 I dedicate my life to this purpose, supported by my beautiful wife.
Whenever time permits you can find us, together with our dog, exploring new locations. We try to find the hidden scenes that not many had the chance to photograph.
I am a traditional photographer. Modern technology is only a tool to enhance what I envision, but a good photo is made through the camera. My favorite saying is straight to the point:
"You don't take a photo. You make it." --Ansel Adams

entry description
Shot at a lake near Leavenworth, KS. The goose was walking around the shore when i spotted it. I took out my camera and moved very slowly closer, almost crouching in the wet grass that surrounded the lake. When i reached an unobstructed spot where i was able to get a clear shot i hunkered down. I had the idea of the photo in my head and was hoping that the goose would walk closer to the log that was laying in the water. After about ten minutes it stopped at the perfect spot but looked in the wrong direction. It almost started moving again when something caught its attention. It turned its head and i was able to get the photo i was hoping for.about the photographer
