Anders Jørgensen norway
title
Entré
The pictures is made tru the period of 2012 and 2017 and is a part of the ongoing project "Entré". The different scenes in the pictures in captured in places like Oslo, Kyoto and Siracusa.
In the picture the man is absent and you can only se manmade fabric as curtains, windows and walls. The emtyness gives the viewer and mediative and dreaming feeling of the scene that everybody can recognize in.
When I enter the room or a city lounge I look after the emptiness and abandoned feeling and let the ligth and shadow make a scene, and let the human traces play the scene of my work.
After growing up in northern part of Norway where trees are absent in the artic environment I startet to get facinated by the ”nature” in the city that apeers between concrete and architecture. Then I started my project "Urban nature". Lately I'm working on my newest projects that's combine decay and nature, called «Most of the time we are somewhere else»
