Modern Time
It is based on a systematic approach: relatively long pause (1/8 to 1/2s), freehand.
The photo captures a piece of time, a frozen moment. In the frame, elements (objects, practices, architecture) situate the photo approximately in the 21st century, it freezes a "modern" time.
The association of frozen characters or elements compared to others in motion invites to question this modernity. If the photo can be dated by a device, an accessory, is the scene really so "modern". What does this modernity really bring us beyond new opportunities to isolate ourselves?
