entry description
Influenced heavily after watching Brief Encounters, my girlfriend and I set out the next day and found an abandon location where a mailbox laid. I decided to set it up and shoot a beam of light out of it, bridging the gap from the past and present. Seeking what is surreal, I enjoy blurring the lines between fact and fiction. An alternate world. The tomatoes were to contrast all the green. A smoke bomb opened the blacks. This is one single frame edited in lightroom. Nothing is very altered, mostly darkened but opened the blacks and accentuated some of the beam warmth and size.about the photographer
