This series of underwater photos was taken in various locations in South East Asia. Some of the critters are so tiny that they are so difficult to spot with bare eyes. The nudibranchs (Doppelgänger), for example, are no larger than a grain of rice. The rest of the subjects were taken with a view to highlighting their unique behaviours, e,.g., protection of their next generations or defending themselves . All the photos were taken with the use of an underwater aiming device known as snoot to isolate the subjects from their backgrounds and to create a dramatic atmosphere.back to gallery
