The Wait
I noticed the lady in the white dress while enjoying my regular morning coffee and observing the commuters from the Pret shop located at the centre of the station offering a panoramic view through its windows. Her tenure and elegance were captivating. I was inspired by the story developing in front of me; one of beauty, mystery, waiting and expectations.
The image also depicts the typical British attitude and culture of keeping distance while respecting each other's privacy which might give the impression of people's indifference to the surrounding beauty.
