Magnus Snorrason was born and raised in Iceland, but now lives near Boston, MA, USA, where he divides his time between photography and his medical software startup. After graduating from Harvard College, he devoted many years to scientific research on the human visual system. This background in science had an impact on Magnus’s approach to photography: he strives for simple solutions involving more forethought and less post-processing in his quest to evoke an emotional response. His current focus is on photographing the nude. Photos from this body of work have been shown in New England galleries, published in magazines and books, and purchased by private collectors.back to gallery
