Los Ranchos. Barra de Valizas, Uruguay
I am an American born photographer living in Buenos Aires, Argentina. My quest in fine art photography has been spirited by landscape and nature. I have traveled generously and found myself in quite interesting places looking for that connection where one can look inside and explore what nature or environment has to share with them in that short moment. I also sustain several long-term projects as well, focusing on natures close-ups in one of the botanical gardens in the United States and the ever changing landscape in Barra de Valizas, Uruguay.
My new work includes a collaboration with my ancestors. Incorporating their recently discovered writings, paintings, objects, photography, and ballet along with my efforts in photography and mixed media I am in the process of developing a new series, "Kin".

Using analogue cameras, including medium and large formats, vintage, plastic, pinhole, and now digital and mobile devices have all continued to fascinate and challenge me in my everyday life and work. My cameras are significant to me because I have been collecting them for three decades and have a profound appreciation for them as objects as well. I live in a museum with over five-hundred cameras on the shelves, Its inspiring...I am an American born photographer living in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
