Longtime-Exposure and used a torch for the dash on the ground.
this picture I made from base camp on a photo expedition in the year 2014
What fascinates me about traveling and photography is exploring nature with all its facets as well as the feeling of reaching my own limits both physically and mentally. I travel because I want to explore cultures, meet people from all over the world, and get to know their everyday life. At the same time, I try to stay as far away as possible from modern civilizations in order to get deeper and deeper into nature.
My photographs capture my passion for the things I’ve seen, discovered, and the emotions I felt while there.
At this point in my life, I carry a camera with me everywhere I go so that I don’t miss anything.
In addition to my years of independent study through research and trial and error in creating my photos, I have also taken classes at „Imago Fotokunst“ in Berlin in order to gain further insight into techniques I have utilized on photo expeditions to Vanuatu and Papua New Guinea, for example, and amongst other locales.
The mode of traveling described above continues to fascinate me and influence my work and my passion.
