A group of four firemen try to put out the fire near a holm oak tree during a big fire near the small village of "Casais" in Monchique, Portugal on September 9 of 2016. After several days in fighting the flames hundreds of firefighters with the help of helicopters and planes, they managed to dominate the fire that struck that region of the Algarve for several days. A man was arrested by police for having fired several fires in the Monchique mountains and in the Portimão council.back to gallery
