Urban Nature
After growing up in northern Norway where trees are absent in the artic environment I startet to get facinated by the ”nature” in the city that apeers between concrete and architecture.
When the citys are beeing built closer togheter and it leaves less space for free areas og parks, the architectures make an constructed ”nature” in the city. This make my interest in the project ”Urban Nature”
As I walk thru the city I look for the small details that make the nerve in my photos. Trees in perfect rows, manmade outcrops and trees that figth tru the asphalt to survive.
This artifical nature can somtimes experience ironic in it`s perfect expression but in my work I try to make an harmony between the concrete and nature.
