A man is detained by law enforcement while protesting the shooting death of Alton Sterling outside the headquarters of the police department in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, U.S. July 9, 2016. Alton Sterling, a 37-year-black man and father of five, was held down by two white police officers and shot at close range by one of the officers.
