entry description
This is a shot from my 3-week trip to the remote region of southeast of Tibet in March. This is not an ice cave. It’s just a massive blue iceberg being dropped off from a glacier during the summer and then being frozen in the winter. Most of these icicles are from two to six feet high. I was lucky to capture some beautiful light hitting on the peaks in the background after a storm clearing. The three peaks are called Mt. Risonggepu(Kona), which is named by the local Tibetan.about the photographer
I love outdoor and wilderness since I was a little kid. I picked up my first DSLR in 2010. At first, I just wanted to use the camera to record different things in my life. Two years later, I started taking landscape photograph and realize it combines my passion for wilderness and photography. It’s so charming that I couldn’t get away from it. Photography is an art of catching the light and expressing the personal view for me, and it also contains emotion. Through these photographs, I try to express my feelings for the locations I visit and the beauty of nature. I attempt to bring the experiences of my journey to the viewer. My images have been published in various media and magazine around the world.
