In the season of the northeast monsoon, sea sand will directly invade nearby residents. In order to avoid the rise of sea sand, the government built up a few kilometers of fence at the top of the embankment.about the photographer
I am a full time assistant professor of Department of Visual Communication Design, China University of Technology, Taiwan and also an adjunct assistant professor of College of Communication, National Chengchi University, Taiwan. I have won Outstanding Award Of Technological And Vocational Education, Taiwan. The award is the highest honor of Technological And Vocational Education in Taiwan.
