OEILLERES
At a time when what surrounds me appears, smooth and lean the bodies depicted echo the flora. With shrouded faces, focus remains on the corporeal, the flesh.
Œillères is a series comprised of thirty one images, and a bespoke scent - L'Objet Parfumant - accompanies the photographic series. It was created under my artistic direction by Parisian nose Marc-Antoine Corticchiato after two years of hard work, the amount of time required to achieve the desired effect: an anti-flower fragrance.
He has presented his work in several renowned group and solo shows like In SOON gallery in Bern, at the Arte Laguna prize in Venice, (where he was awarded by the gallery's price) at the Swiss Photo Awards in zurich, at the Photoforum Pasaquart in Bien.
In 2014 he presents his news works « Flowers » and "Morbidezza" at the B.A.C in Geneva, at the TART Gallery in Zürich. He has a solo show at the SOON Gallery in Zürich.
Since 2014 he has presented his recent works "MORBIDEZZA" and "Flowers for Emily Dickinson" in various places as at the B.A.C in Geneva, at SOON Gallery, at TART and at Art333 Gallery in Zurich, at Under Construction Gallery in Paris, and at Forma Gallery in Lausanne.
In 2017 he has finished his new work "Oeillères" and already had a solo show at the SOON Gallery in Bern, a groupe show at the Satellite Brindeau in Le Havre, and his preparing a solo show at the NeC Gallery in Paris where he's now represented.
He lives and works between France and Switzerland.

entry description
With the Œillères series, the flowers I shot becomes an allegory of the human condition. Suspending the moment of decay, wherein that volatile yet neglected moment of decline is magnified.
