My focus is freelance sports photography, and my pictures are published in newspapers and magazines around the world. My photos are distributed through ZUMA Press Wire Service and, through ZUMA, AP Images. Growing up, I was influenced by the humanistic, witty or poignant, "storytelling" photos of LIFE magazine's photographers, and I still believe that this is what photojournalism does best. I began many years ago as a film photographer, developing and printing my own pictures, and now use digital cameras exclusively for my work. My photo book about the Yankees' double-A team, the Trenton Thunder, which features most of the Yankees' top prospects of the past several years (many of whom have already made their MLB debuts), is available through the link at www.BaseballTale.com.
