"L'encens dit": the incense say
I enjoy particularly to expose precise moments in the movement, stop the time on something that our subconscious perceive but take an unexpected form when you get a precise moment. The movement of the smoke or the water is a good example. When we observe it, we see the movement, but that movement, is a combination of precise pictures that come one after other. When the movement is too fast, we can't see the pictures independently, we see the beauty of the entire sequence. It's the fragmentation of the movement that fascinate me. When I capture those pictures with the camera, I can see forms that are impossible to consciously perceive when the subject is in movement, and in the abstraction of those form, each one can perceive what he want. It's an endless interpretation of a precise moment that take shape in our consciousness thanks to the picture.
I also develop my art on the subject of nature. I enjoy taking pictures of details when I take a walk. I try to get every little things that seem beautiful to me and sublimate it taking my pictures. Rocks, wood, plants, insects, animals, etc...

entry description
The idea to take pictures of the smoke strangely began... Smoking... I was fascinated of the diversity of forms that emanate from the smock of my cigarette, fascinated of the uninterrupted movement that take life in the air to disappear one second after. I wanted to capture a part of it, capture a part of this wonderful atmospheric dance and finally take consciousness of the forms instead of the movement. When we just observe the smoke, we see the movement, but that movement, is a combination of precises pictures that come one after other. When the movement is too fast, we can't see the pictures independently, we just see the beauty of the entire sequence. Finally, it's like a game, where each people can tell what the smoke has drawn in the air, the result is not fixed, the result is what you see, and it change according to who you are when you watch it...about the photographer
I started photography taking pictures of handmade creations to help my girlfriend with her business. I'd never tried it, but quickly, I wanted to develop it in an artistic way to share my view of all beautiful things that surround me. Today I take photos in an amateur way but I've the project to develop it as professional.I enjoy particularly to expose precise moments in the movement, stop the time on something that our subconscious perceive but take an unexpected form when you get a precise moment.
