Hauntingly Beautiful/Ominous. My home is situated in what is now the Bakken Oilfield of North Dakota. I will always love home and find beauty here. Now that oil is being pumped from the ground, my approach to capturing what I find beautiful has taken a new approach. The additional conflicting aspects of the landscape seem to always be at odds in my mind and have found their way into my photography.back to gallery
