entry description
Five years ago, my knee was broken in soccer because I never warmed up before the games and I had a hard surgery to fix it. After many physical therapies, my knee became better a little bit, but, I cannot play soccer anymore. Then, I noticed the most expensive asset which we have in life is our health, and we must respect our bodies, so I appreciate that I can do other activities. Today, I feel that most people are in a hurry, and they just are doing everything habitually. They don’t spend the time to figure out why they don't enjoy their life, so in the many situations that happen to them, they get extremely hurt. However, I believe every situation depends on our perspective, and we should be more flexible for the beautiful life that may change every day. If we embrace our skills, abilities and even disabilities in ourselves, we can balance them to have a felicitous life. Consequently, I believe the easiest way to solve any problem is to look at it in different ways. We should watch closely, far away, and make reframe for our problems. There is no correct nor false way to see, and there is no negative or positive space in the reality. In my photographs, I try to catch a moment of reality and deform it purposely to represent the beautiful world, in which pains and cures are equal if we look at them carefully, and we should look at everything with the different point of views to find a better perspective of reality. Double Sided Glass is a black and white surreal collection that includes two groups of some real and montage photos which have multi sided views. They all represent many perspectives of a single social issue. I usuallyback to gallery
