Is the title of a book that gathers 10 years of photographs taken of the Tuareg people in their daily lives, accompanied by poetic notes and love letters written from the Sahara and the Sahel, as a metaphor for defeat, hope and love in difficult times.
These photographs are part of the chapter La fête de la Sebiba, an ancestral celebration that celebrates peace between the clans. These photos were taken in the Erg d'Admer, Algeria, in 2018.
The book was edited by Florencia Mendoza, designed by Un Barco and published by Editorial Papel Cosido of the Faculty of Arts, National University of La Plata, 2019.
