The people moving through my sceneries illustrate the proportions within the buildings surrounding them. They enliven the static backdrop and draw the viewer’s attention. I turn these people into my actors. They provide new impulses and associations for stories that life or a film director could write.
The images are captured moments of approx. four-hundredth of a second: People come from their past, pass through my scenery and disappear into their
future.

I love the clear and simple shapes of architecture. The bright sunlight supports the clarity of lines, lets architecture glow and makes it look like an enlarged stage design. The people moving through my sceneries illustrate the proportions within the buildings surrounding them.
