entry description
The cherry blossom is of particular intrest to me. Lifeless and unnoticed for 11 months of the year. But for 4 to 6 weeks its beauty is unrivaled! The blossoming of this beautiful tree this year in ireland has coincided with the lockdown for covid-19. Is this natures way of telling us time and patience will see us blossom once again? Or mother nature showing its resilliance once again in that it was here long before us and will be here long after we are gone.about the photographer
Hello! my name is Mike lavery and I am an ameture landscape photographer from the west coast of Ireland. Living 40 minuets away from our famous "wild atlantic way" coastline and Irelands smallest but most unique national park "the burren", it was only natural for me to fall in love with landscapes. however it took me some 29 years before i would think of actually photographing it! Now nearly 31 im still vey new to this wondurful obsession. its a steep learing curve but one i enjoy more than anything else in the world!back to gallery
