title
Figurative abstraction
For years, I have taken photographs with disposable plastic cameras. Those photos had no aesthetic or even technical pretensions . They sought to show the presence of visual illusions in the real world, while these illusions are usually drawn and printed in books devoted to the psychology of perception. Thus, particular points of view on the lines, shapes and volumes of the world reveal the presence of spatial ambiguities in the three dimensions of reality (photos to be seen on : http://figuresambigues.free.fr/Sommaires/photographies.html).
In 2013, my brother gave me a digital compact as a gift, my photographs gradually moved away from this first research, to become more formal and take more classic themes: shadows, streets, façades,... But in each of these categories and almost in every picture it is possible to feel the expressiveness of inanimate things.

entry description
Keep only the pictorial aspect of a world where things are lines, solids, colors, elements that organize the surface of the paper without intention to signify. Thus, there will be no narration, no narrative, no discourse, only the presence of objects, which although inert, will occupy the space of image and thought.about the photographer
