Cracked Waters
I'd been on this journey as a non-professional photographer, but I'm happy that my photos resonate with other people through a few exhibitions, magazine publications and awards I got.

entry description
Gulls over a dried out pond with a few inches of water. The Czech Republic saw some heavy droughts in the Spring. Many ponds dried out, especially in South Moravia. When rains brought a few centimeters of water in later, it didn't dissolve the dry mud and a "cracked water pond" full of birds was born.about the photographer
I take drone photos that aim to show an unfamiliar within the familiar, to question commons meanings and interpretations. I chose the aerial perspective to demonstrate that there are exotic worlds right under our feet, we just need to get ourselves a permission - more important than the drone - to look around us differently. So my work is about finding the hidden beauty, feelings and rhytms around us and inviting people to liberate their minds and see the world in a richer, unknown depth. With my photos as a starter, but with their own visual expedition that follows.I'd been on this journey as a non-professional photographer, but I'm happy that my photos resonate with other people through a few exhibitions, magazine publications and awards I got.
