Glacial slot canyons

This is a slot canyon that had recently formed in the Matanuska Glacier in Alaska. It's really a fascinating photo to me because glaciers are always changing and therefore you never know exactly what you'll find. It makes it more meaningful to me and therefore I'm excited to submit it into this years competition!about the photographer
I am an engineer by day and an experimenter with photography by night, or well when I'm not working and on vacation or whatever. I have loved photography since I was young and started out with a point-and-shoot camera, since then I have upgraded a couple times to slightly fancier equipment and have been trying to challenge myself to improve my photography skills.back to gallery
