Combining the skills of a creative and the analytical detail of a project manager, Matthew specializes in transforming learning content into fun, engaging, and accessible experiences that can be consumed across multiple device types and to meet different learning modalities.
When not designing enterprise level training programs, Matthew enjoys volunteering for local cultural and community organizations. He is on the board of directors of the Longview Symphony Orchestra and is a regular volunteer with the Longview Museum of Fine Arts and the Longview Animal Care and Adoption Center. He also serves his community as one of the selected photographers for local tourist and cultural promotions. His photography can be seen in publications from Texas Highways to Metal Hammer Magazine.

Matthew Nehrling is an internationally recognized and published, award winning Instructional Designer and Photographer focusing on eLearning, Mobile Learning, and next generation design technology. Matthew holds a MBA, Professional Photography certification, and is a certified Agile SCRUM Master.
