title
Visual Haiku
My "Visual Haiku" series is a mindfulness exercise to experience nature more consciously, meditaitve. It is often the simple and everyday motifs, the seemingly incidental details that attract and inspire me. I try to look at my photo object from different perspectives and consciously perceive the moment I am experiencing. With the camera in the here and now. To feel, reflect, and to consider myself as part of the whole. As in Japanese Haikus, I focus on the small details, in minimalist manner, discovering the beauty of simplicity and the magic and poetry of nature.
Lena Weisbek works in the gernre of Art Photography, creates various series and developes concepts on themes that captivate her deep interest. She cultivates and refines thereby her own abstract and minimalist style.
Her work has been exhibited and is represented by galleries all over the world.
