about the photographer
I am Serdar Akin from Berlin, and I am a fervent street photographer. I find the realms of geometric abstraction and suprematism immensely captivating. My photographic pursuit involves using human subjects or their silhouettes set against abstract backdrops to convey these artistic concepts. My photography is characterized by the juxtaposition of strong contrasts between light and shadow, as well as the reduction of architecture to its pure essence of colors and forms. Through this artistic lens, my objective is not to create an entirely new reality but rather to craft a fresh perspective on the world, one that abstracts and reinterprets the reality I perceiveback to gallery
