This was taken from the Shard during my first visit to London, which was also my first trip traveling abroad. I tried going to as many places as possible, but this was a moment of really taking in the fact that there is so much to see in the world. It was very humbling.about the photographer
I am a hobby photographer living in Southwest Michigan, and I love traveling and nature. I use photography as a way to document my life, and the life around me; it's my own visual diary. My interest started in high school, and I've dabbled in portraiture, but I really enjoy taking portraits of those closest to me rather than strangers, as well as self-portraits. My favorite subject, however, is the world around me. I hope my work inspires others to get out and explore whether it's in their hometown or on great adventures, or even their inner self.back to gallery
