entry description
As usual, I went to this location for another subject and ended up with an image of a subject I didn't even know I could find it there. I was looking for a small lighthouse that guards he entrance of the harbor at this location, and I actually found it as well. But the pier next to it looked very promising to me as it was cluttered with square concrete blocks that intrigued me quite a bit. I wandered around for a while, trying various angles in my compositing and eventually I settled for this one. It shows the interaction between the massive concrete blocks and the ever moving sea.about the photographer
I am an enthusiastic photographer from The Netherlands with a distinct preference for fine art landscapes and seascapes. I look for quietness and emptiness in my work and normally use long exposures to achieve that.back to gallery
