Sunrises in the Small World
Every photo consist of a single exposure with no alteration of elements in post processing - besides a basic RAW development.
Nick Smith for Outdoor Photography magazine:
"There's something magical about Henrik Spranz's photography. Although deeply rooted in the hyper-real world of natural history and landscape, his work bears none of the hallmarks of scientific illustration or even animal portraiture. His world is a dream-like state of whimsical and wispy perfection, pastel colours and cheeky woodland creatures. In fact, it's fair to say that the Spranz portfolio has more in common with Grimm's Fairy Tales, Hans Christian Andersen or even the early animated children's movies by Walt Disney, than just about anything else".

entry description
Capturing a sunrise in the small world is always something very special to me. Not only the technical difficulties and the need of preparation and planning make it special - it's the mood and the glory of this moment I want to capture and transport to the viewer. Sunrises are a sign of hope and moments of calmness - and every sunrise if different.Every photo consist of a single exposure with no alteration of elements in post processing - besides a basic RAW development.
