I was able to photograph these colourful hummingbirds in Costa Rica this year. These little flying creatures are very fast and flap their wings up to 50 times per second. The picture was taken with a multi flash setup to capture the fast movements. The photo is a composite of three shots. I took a lot of photos there to get the right moment.about the photographer
