I was photographing hang gliders on the west coast with an infrared camera in the late afternoon. The difficulty was not only finding a glider traveling at the distance, altitude, and direction that I wanted but deciding where to capture the glider in relation to the vast space.about the photographer
Bob began working in the 1990s in San Diego as a commercial photographer. Most of his current work is done in infrared photography. He believes that while color can be adjusted in various ways to brighten and enliven the world we see, black and white and infrared leaves much more to the imagination. Infrared reveals a mysterious, dreamy, and otherworldly quality the eye can't see.He is currently residing in North Carolina.
