Armada of Triangles
Because of my fascination with patterns, music scores, systems of writing and other graphic structures, my work always has been inhabited by geometric shapes, lines and rhythm. My current passion is the abstract beauty of architecture. Through my photographic compositions I hope to inspire and touch people's souls.

V-Huset (V-building) is an iconic housing project in Ørestad, Copenhagen. The V in the name was derived from its V-shaped floorplan. But the V also returns on the south façade of the building with a huge invasion of triangular balconies. When reflected in the windows behind, they remind me of a large fleet of Viking ships, conquering the skies. And this association also matches its Scandinavian location. The building was designed by Bjarke Ingels Group & JDS.about the photographer
I am a photographing artist based in The Netherlands. In 1990 I graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Tilburg specializing in photography, painting and drawing. Since the development of digital photography my camera and computer have become my main tools for creation.Because of my fascination with patterns, music scores, systems of writing and other graphic structures, my work always has been inhabited by geometric shapes, lines and rhythm.
