I dreamed about capturing a snow landscape photo that features a horse for a long time. Growing up in Austria, winter always meant lots of snow for me - and I really loved it. Unfortunately, due to climate change, our winters are not as cold as they used to be, so getting snow for a photo shoot has become rare. In early 20222, I managed to arrange this super spontaneous photo shoot, when I saw that there would be snow in the morning.about the photographer
I'm a full-time photographer living near Vienna, in beautiful Austria. My work mainly focuses on horses and the art of capturing them with or without their owners in various, creative ways. I love playing with light and shadow and since I shoot outdoors most of the time, there's always an element of surprise in my work, which I love. What colors am I getting today? What shapes? It's never gonna get boring for me. :)back to gallery
