The End of All Things
Shot as a combination of self-portraits and model shots, The End of all Things depicts an outward projection of this lost feeling in the form of a post-apocalyptic, eldritch landscapes, each occupied by a lonely protagonist- a voyager in this new, quiet world.
Ultimately, this series is about coming to terms with the time I feel I’ve lost to my illness, exploring my will-they-won't-they relationship with death, and my reconnection with the world around me.
Death isn't always juxtaposed with life, in the same way that grief isn't always the opposite to joy. There is an intertwining present in everything.

entry description
The End of all Things grew out of my experience of the mental illness that consumed my teenage years. There was a constant feeling of liminality; I genuinely couldn't imagine being alive in the future and as such the world around me didn't feel real. I was living in a slow apocalypse that no one else seemed to be experiencing.Shot as a combination of self-portraits and model shots, The End of all Things depicts an outward projection of this lost feeling in the form of a post-apocalyptic, eldritch landscapes, each occupied by a lonely protagonist- a voyager in this new, quiet world.
