entry description
These images were captured using a DJI Mavic 3 drone above the Isle of Harris in the Outer Hebrides of Scotland; specifically, the colors and patterns are created from freshwater flowing over the sands of Luskentyre Beach and interacting with the salt waters of the North Atlantic Ocean. The interaction creates brackish water and ever changing patterns in the sand. Both images were captured at about 100 feet above the ground.about the photographer
I am a semi-pro/avid enthusiast. I shoot landscapes, architecture and abstracts of various kinds. I love creating photographic series as a way to focus on a oarticukar genre/subject. I love seeing the work of the many talented photographers I follow. I live in San Francisco and work full-time in a corporate job, so photography is my creative outlook and passion.I use travel as an excuse for photography or is it the other way around?
