SHORELINE - projection of a mood
In this place, crowded in summer and deserted in winter, I try to give an expressive line, a language to interpret the environment and the actions of the people immersed in the fog.
Mine is an invitation to explore mystery and solitude, understood as tools for growth, in a silence that purifies tensions and makes us happy to come together.
The sea, with its infinite beauty, is beyond time and with its ancient voice, it speaks to us even in winter, filling the air with tranquility.
The people represented are immersed in an isolated space, thanks to the presence of the fog which erases the urban signs and makes this an environment for strong spirits and dreamers who love silence and distances.
Starting from 2014, after a long interruption, he found inspiration in the area where he lives, the Po Delta Park, and began to take black and white shots with a minimalist and sometimes even abstract approach, his becomes a narrative of a dreamlike landscape, suspended between dream and reality, at the same time fantasy but realistic.
He continues his personal photographic research now directed towards the exclusive use of the square format in the composition of images.
