entry description
Like in a silent march, the black wooden mussel pilings rise from the sea. Their minimalist graphics and their black colour symbolise mystery, elegance and power. The rhythm of their lines is for me a source of contemplation and respite and evokes a feeling of freedom and infinity.about the photographer
Based in France, Bea Berg is a German architect and amateur photographer. Influenced by clear and reduced architecture, bright spaces and simple forms, she feels attracted by pure and minimalist landscape and floral captures. Photography means for her a ‘concentration’ in both senses: a kind of purification of the mind and the research to reduce the subject to its minimum, the so called essence.back to gallery
