My career as a photographer started at the age of 18. I studied Photography and Audiovisual Arts at UNIWA University in Athens and the Academy of Fine Arts, in Rome. Now, I continue my studies in Integrative Counseling and Psychotherapy, as I believe in their connection with photography. For a living, I work as a photography educator while I undertake advertising campaigns and photobooks for models and actors/actresses.

entry description
As a female photographer capturing females, I experience my project as a continuous self-portrait. From my perspective, the body hosts the soul always in a dialogue with Mother Nature. She is the one who decides life and death and defines the cyclic trip of being. This trip is rich in diversity and contradictions. It is temporary and eternal, wild and serene, vivid and mortal. This way, photography becomes a personal expressive medium to communicate my existential thoughts.about the photographer
As a female photographer capturing females, I experience my projects as a continuous self-portrait. I am notably involved in nude photography. The reason is that I feel intimacy in front of other women, while nudity equalizes us. It is the freedom that excites me. I photograph women because I can relate to them and project myself. My career as a photographer started at the age of 18.
