entry description
This image was shot at the Point Teyes Lighthouse north of San Francisco. The weather was epically terrible with t0 mile per hour winds and driving rain. I was about to leave when I saw this composition and it reminded my of a TS Eliot poem “The Love Song ofmJ Alfred Prufeock.” There is a line about the wind blowing combing the waves white and black. I got out of my car long enough to capture this brooding scene that was like the Eliot poem.about the photographer
I am a semi-pro/avid enthusiast. I shoot landscapes, architecture and abstracts of various kinds. I love creating photographic series as a way to focus on a oarticukar genre/subject. I love seeing the work of the many talented photographers I follow. I live in San Francisco and work full-time in a corporate job, so photography is my creative outlook and passion.I use travel as an excuse for photography or is it the other way around?
