The Visitor
What began as a game has become a series of premonitory photographs and I realized that they reflect the transience of time that I face.
After a diagnosis of a chronic illness, where I am renewed every two months, I have realized that Helga is a visitor who has come to stay, pointing out the ephemeral nature of life and seeking beauty in fleeting moments. . , recognizing the connection between emotion and the environment, and where his wandering is his way of understanding the world and making it his own.
Each photograph is an act of strength and desperate desire to remain in time.
González's approach has been in the field of visual storytelling, with a deep connection to photography, recognizing its power to capture and transmit emotions, narratives and unique perspectives. Juliana González is a photographer and Music Producer, born in Colombia, she has studied Radio and TV Production (Universidad de Norte, Colombia), as well as Advanced Professional Photography and a Master of Author Photography at the International Center of Photography and Film (EFTI). ). She has been the winner of the PhotoEspaña Master scholarship (2024) awarded by La Fábrica.González's approach has been in the field of visual storytelling, with a deep connection to photography, recognizing its power to capture and transmit emotions, narratives and unique perspectives.
