In the beginning of this project, my motives and reasonings were vastly different to my outlook now, and my perspective has definitely changed. While I may be struggling with a list of uncertainties in my life, I know in my artwork I have complete creative control; from the outcome of my work, and the resolution of each design of mirrors is my choice. It brings me peace while many other things are not in my immediate ability to change. Especially when the photographs turn out how I desired or better, it brings a feeling of accomplishment and excitement that I temporarily push back the things I worry about. This project has helped me immensely build confidence I never had before. It has made me recognize everything that I am capable of doing and accomplishing and that I can face challenges and worries and things work out okay in the end – many things that used to make me anxious thinking about, I now find incredibly exciting to look forward to
The end goal of this project is a published book once I have visited several places within every state; currently, I have reached 31 states and have 68 panoramas.

entry description
In this selection of a larger series I am working on, I have been traveling alone and creating large panoramic formats of landscapes while altering the scene in front of me with a variety of mirrors. Implementing the mirrors is a mixture of personal self-reflection and a desire to design the perfect array that complements the landscape; as well as an attempt to build a dense visual within landscapes to inspire people to travel and see natural landscapes. At the same time, I intended the mirrors to be up for interpretation from person to person. In the beginning of this project, my motives and reasonings were vastly different to my outlook now, and my perspective has definitely changed.
