The solitaire as an Abstraktion
Particularly fascinating is the way geometry interacts with the environment: reflections and contrasts between architecture and sky add depth to the photographs and invite viewers to explore. Through carefully chosen angles and framing, both the rigor and the lightness of the architecture are revealed.
Since April 2025 she starts with photography and she is a 2025 Architecture MasterPrize (Student) Winner in Other Exterior and Honorable Mention in Sustainable Interior for her architectural photography series. She has also received Honorable Mentions at the International Photography Awards, ND Awards, and the Black & White Spider Awards 2025.
She is a 10-time kickboxing world champion (including 2× WKU Pro), currently a master’s student in Applied Environmental Sciences, and works in Brandenburg’s Environment Ministry in the field of water, while being privately committed to environmental protection and peace.

SchirZan | Schahrsad Shahmirzadi (b. 1985, Berlin) is a German-Iranian non-professional photographer and artist; her name (Schir = lion, Zan = woman) stands for strength and forging her own path.Since April 2025 she starts with photography and she is a 2025 Architecture MasterPrize (Student) Winner in Other Exterior and Honorable Mention in Sustainable Interior for her architectural photography series. She has also received Honorable Mentions at the International Photography Awards, ND Awards, and the Black & White Spider Awards 2025.
