Lodon Bridge at Night
I used 120mm and 35mm film because the digital is not good at showing the colors of stars and long exposure. It shows the movements of stars between dusk and dawn, rising, spinning and setting. In fact everybody knows that it is not the stars but the Earth which is moving. But people are still using these words, 'the Sun rising or setting', 'the Moon rising or setting' and so on.
Anyway I never forget that night because of the awesome night sky and barbecue.

entry description
In October 2013, I have been to Sandstone, WA, Australia to take pictures under beutiful starry nights. Sandstone is a small town in the Mid West region of Western Australia and famous for London Bridge, a natural weathered basalt arch that is part of a larger formation about 800 meters long, varying in height from around 3 to 10 meters.I used 120mm and 35mm film because the digital is not good at showing the colors of stars and long exposure. It shows the movements of stars between dusk and dawn, rising, spinning and setting. In fact everybody knows that it is not the stars but the Earth which is moving. about the photographer
I'm from Seoul, Korea, and 39 years old. I have enjoyed looking at the stars and the starry nights and I wanted to show people the same beautiful scene that I did experience, so I started to take pictures 9 years ago and do work only at starry nights until now. I want to go abroad on vacation, because the weather is not good for enjoying my hobby in Korea except the winter.back to gallery
