Two snails on mushroom

entry description
A picture of “Two snails on mushroom” is composed of one single frame. Primarily I was planning simply to shoot some mushroom with a weird bokeh using some of my M42 lens. On the way to the forest where I was to search some decent looking mushroom I found two snails and decided to take them to be a part of my future frame. After an hour of searching I have found a big mushroom – a perfect one for shooting. I have put my snails on it waiting until they align perpendicularly to the lens axis. Then I started shooting. I have used a water sprayer to imitate the rain and a video lamp to light the whole scene from the right. I used Nikon d5500 with Samyang 135 f2 and a cable release which I pressed constantly while sprinkling. The parameters are: shutter 1/200 s., f2, ISO 400. All set on manual mode. It took me about half an hour to get the satisfying picture. I have post produced it in Photoshop.about the photographer
